Anastasia Dede

Anastasia Dede is a Managing Director at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. with primary responsibilities in the Re/Insurance strategy.

Mrs. Dede most recently served as the Director of Investment Structuring at Athora Group. In this role, she collaborated with Apollo’s investment solutions team to support the Athora Group across a diverse range of structured investment products, investment platforms, regulatory reviews, and governance under the Bermuda Solvency Regime. Prior to her tenure at Athora, Mrs. Dede spent over a decade at Allianz Group, taking on multiple roles within PIMCO, Allianz Global Investors, and the Group CRO office. Mrs. Dede’s primary focus at the Allianz Group was risk management and credit risk modeling under the Solvency II framework.

Mrs. Dede graduated from the University of Crete with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and holds a Master’s in Finance from the University of Ulm.
