Christopher Harris is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Re/Insurance Strategy at HSCM Bermuda Management Company.
Most recently, Mr. Harris served as CEO, President and was a Board Member of Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. from July 2008 to July 2015. Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Harris served as President, Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Actuary. Earlier in his career, Mr. Harris managed a risk consulting practice, served as Chief Actuary for a reinsurer, and served in a management role for a U.S. commercial insurer.
Mr. Harris is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, Chartered Financial Analyst, and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.
Mr. Harris graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Honors. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Financial Management.
