Sierra Blazer

Sierra Blazer is a Vice President on the Legal Team at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Blazer was an Associate in Cleary Gottlieb’s Private Funds Group, advising private fund sponsors on the formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds. She also worked as Associate General Counsel at ZCG, where she managed fund formation, ongoing operation, and compliance. Earlier, she held the role of Assistant Vice President at Blackstone Inc., providing guidance on legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance for the Infrastructure group. Ms. Blazer began her legal career with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in the Investment Funds Group.

Ms. Blazer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business, Organizations & Society from Franklin & Marshall College. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and completed a Management Certificate at Wharton.
