Zenika Simons

Zenika Simons is a Senior Associate and Assistant Financial Controller on the Finance Team at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd.

Prior to her role at Hudson Structured, Ms. Simons was a Senior Manager at PwC Bermuda where she gained a strong background in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness across alternative investment structures. Ms. Simons works closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate, consistent, and well-documented financial information, enabling effective decision making and strong governance.

Ms. Simons graduated from Andrews University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain and Operations Management from University of Nottingham, and a Master of Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
